Hey I'm Erica –
UI/UX Designer &
Sociology Graduate
Seems a little unrelated? Sociology taught me to analyse the how and why of what people do – I believe that designing thoughtful solutions for people calls for a similar approach.

While there are many public artworks to be found in NUS, there is little information available about them. This project explores how these works can be highlighted and shared through an interactive website.

My Work
Past Projects
I'm currently at BNP Paribas designing a future-ready desktop wealth management experience – in the meantime, check out other projects I've done.
01
This product had gotten increasingly cluttered as more features were added over time. After a previous intern proposed a redesign, I tested the concept with users and translated insights into UI improvements.
02
This 3 day UX challenge sought to relook an existing product – Google's GoogleMyMaps – and see how it can be improved to serve its user base, and along with that, how it can become more competitive against similar platforms.
03
This student-led project aimed to create a platform to connect like-minded students. I joined as a designer, where I established a cohesive design language system for the platform and refined screens for production.
04
Along with 4 other students, I conducted user research, analysed data and drafted a basic prototype to explore how online conferencing platforms could be tailored to meet the needs of undergraduates.

Before UI/UX, I started with visual design and illustrations – here's some other projects I've dabbled in for fun.
